Start with a secure, verified Eduvixo installation.

A clear path from server readiness to an operational platform, with protected configuration and repeatable validation.

Use a new empty database, keep the application code outside the public document root where possible, and never place credentials in downloadable or public files.

Step 1

Prepare the environment

Provision a compatible PHP and database environment before uploading the distribution.

  • PHP 8.2 or newer
  • MySQL 8.0.29+ or MariaDB 10.5+
  • Required PHP extensions and URL rewriting
Step 2

Set the public boundary

Prefer a document root that points to the package's public directory. The included root rules safely support fixed web roots.

  • Only public assets are directly reachable
  • Configuration and runtime data remain protected
  • HTTPS is enabled before credentials are entered
Step 3

Open the web installer

The unconfigured package automatically opens the multilingual installation wizard.

  • Choose or accept the detected language
  • Verify the installation key and domain
  • Complete all system requirement checks
Step 4

Connect and install

Enter the empty database and owner-account details, then let Eduvixo apply its ordered migrations.

  • Credentials are written to protected configuration
  • The license is encrypted locally
  • The bundled Eduvixo theme is activated
Step 5

Verify and operate

Sign in, confirm critical routes and establish backups and updates before publishing.

  • Test login and role access
  • Verify mail, uploads and public pages
  • Document rollback and backup procedures
